Tezozomoc Vasquez

As a child Tezozomoc Vasquez was a frequent visitor to the never land ranch which he does not like to talk about but admits is where he learned all his cool dance moves and how to make jesus juice.  after years of performing his dance and magic act at the Santa Monica Promenade he was asked to join an up and coming boy band called "size don't matter". There goal was to prove that men with small "you know what's" could live normal and happy lives. Tezozomoc didn't fit the squeaky clean image and was replaced by Dick Tiny, a blonde kid with a heavenly voice. Lucky for us Tezozomoc rebelled against commercialized and extravagant lifestyle he was use to living and went back to the ways of our ancestors and became reunited with the earth. He is now a Graduate student in Chicano Studies at CSUN as well as a founding member of TJ Films!!

Jake Prendez

Jake Prendez grew up as a child star in the mean streets of Seattle. He became the poster child for the Black Angus Steakhouse and appeared in numerous commercials. He was on the verge of landing his very own sitcom role when his obsession with standing in line for days at Star Wars premiers and his sudden flatulence problem, which he called using the force, began to take a toll on his work eventually ending his career. Black Angus even decided to go in a different direction and replaced him with a rugged cowboy. Distraught with failure, he gave up eating meat and became a vegetarian. Jake began to frequent his local Starbucks coffee shop, where all of the ex-child stars would hang out. Being a local celebrity, Jake would often get asked to sample the newest un-named experimental brews. Tired of being hounded with these requests, he finally told the bothersome barista Ay, como das lata! The phrase stuck and soon everyone was requesting their very own lata coffee. After a few mispronunciations, the latte coffee was born. Still unhappy, Jake began to participate in protests where many members of M.E.Ch.A were also protesting. He eventually found his way to Cal State University Northridge where he is currently a Chicana/o Studies graduate student and an Outreach Specialist with the Outreach and Recruitment Services Dept. He hopes that TJ films will help enlighten Chicanos everywhere, but mostly resurrect the glory days of his long lost childhood career.
